The factory has complete production equipment, and the hot die forging press models are 300T, 400T, 630T, 1000T, 1600T, 2500T, 6300T and other different tonnage forging presses, which are suitable for the production of products from 0.1 kg to 200 kg.Cold forging machine 6 hydraulic presses can produce cold forging products from 0.01 kg to 20 kg.The factory is equipped with 30 machining centers, which can guarantee the subsequent machining process of batch products.We can produce many kinds of products: carbon steel forgings, alloy steel forgings, copper forgings, aluminum forgings, stainless steel forgings, titanium alloy forgings, tungsten molybdenum alloy forgings, etc.The company’s products are mainly used in automobile industry, construction machinery industry, railway locomotives, electric power industry, mining machinery and other industries.The company’s main customers are China faw group, China shaanxi automobile group, China locomotive group, China yituo, sany heavy industry, dena, GKN, zf, carter, Volvo and so on.
The quality control equipment of the company includes flaw detector, hardness tester, spectrometer, metallographic analysis, impact testing machine, tensile test, coordinate measuring instrument, etc., which can effectively control the quality of each product.The company is engaged in industrial parts product design and production for 20 years, has accumulated rich industry experience, has many senior technical engineers.The company undertakes customized OEM services for processing of incoming drawings and samples, and can complete all processes including 3d modeling design, mold design and production, product forging and pressing, heat treatment of forgings, and machining.Our company has set up an independent industrial design service center, has a professional industrial design service team, can provide customers with professional product technical services.
