Electromechanical forging parts

Forgings are widely used in the mechanical and electrical industry, such as motor shaft forgings, forged bearings, forged bearing sleeves, mechanical shaft forgings, mechanical rings forgings, connecting rod forgings. Most of the parts that play a key role in mechanical operation are produced by forging process.

The application of forgings in the machining industry is also increasing. The camshaft of the air-conditioning compressor adopts a forging process, which can improve the service life and working strength of the compressor. The diesel engine crankshaft adopts the die forging process, which is of great help to the performance improvement of the diesel engine.
