Stainless acid-resistant steel

Two steel groups including stainless steel and acid-resistant steel. According to the metallographic structure of steel, it can be divided into five categories. Namely: ferrite stainless acid-resistant steel (0Cr13, 1Cr13); martensite stainless acid-resistant steel (1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13); austenitic stainless acid-resistant steel (0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 2Cr18Ni9); austenite-iron Plain stainless steel and acid resistant steel (0Cr21Ni5Ti, 1Cr21Ni5Ti); precipitation hardened stainless acid-resistant steel (0Cr17Ni7Al).

Copper alloy

Good plasticity, cold and hot processing.
Pure copper: 800-950.
Ordinary brass: 650-850. There is a brittle zone in the range of 300-700.
Lead brass is poorly plastic and is not suitable for large deformations.
Bronze is complex and has limited plasticity. Avoid brittle areas during forging.
QAl9-4: 700-900 QBe2: 20-200 and 600-800 QSn7-0.2 20-200 and 700-800
Forging features:
When forging on a hammer, the deformation speed should not be too high, otherwise the deformation resistance is large; Suitable for die forging. Any copper alloy that can be forged can be rolled into a ring shape in a reaming machine.
Preheating of the mold, 200-300; pay attention to the trimming temperature; pay attention to the post-forging cleaning process, pickle and remove the scale in dilute sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, soak in the alkali solution before pickling to remove oil stains.

Aluminum alloy

High plasticity aluminum alloy LF2 LF21 LD2
Medium plastic aluminum alloy LD5 LD7 LY11 LY12
Low plasticity aluminum alloy LC4 LC5 LD10
It is best to use a closed or semi-closed deformation method.
Anti-rust aluminum LF21: less alloying elements, lower hardness and strength, soft aluminum alloy. 300-500, 80% deformation. The deformation speed has little effect.
Forged aluminum alloy LD5: medium strength, hardness. Casting state, medium plasticity. 300-450, press forging allows the deformation to be greater than 50% and less than 50% on the hammer. Deformed state, high plasticity. 350-500, press forging allows 80% deformation and 65% hammer.
Super-hard aluminum alloy LC4: low plasticity. Cast, 350-450, press, 50%, less than 40% on the hammer; variant, 350-450, press, 65-85%, hammer, 30-60%.

Forging characteristics: pay attention to preparation, flat end surface, no cracks, spots, scratches, etc.; it is not suitable to use multi-turn die forging; pay attention to the preheating and lubrication of the mold;
Forgings with a complex shape and medium-sized die forgings should be used.
The crankshaft press is simple, medium sized and does not require blanking.
The large aluminum alloy uses a die forging hydraulic press. The forging die preheating is close to the forging temperature of the aluminum alloy.

Magnesium alloy

Magnesium-manganese, MB8, 300-500, the rate of denaturation has little effect
Magnesium-aluminum-zinc system, MB2, has a great influence on the rate of denaturation
Magnesium-zinc-zirconium, MB15, has a great influence on the denaturation rate
Forging features:
Pay attention to the preparation of materials, before de-oiling, only use lathe or sawing machine; it is best to use closed die forging, the surface of the mold should be polished; preheat the mold, use lubricant; band saw flash, or about 250 Hot cut edges.
Hammering on the hammer, start to tap, and gradually increase the blow.
Die forging, the deformation degree of one stroke should not exceed 40%, otherwise, it can not completely fill the die; forgings with simple shape and deformation degree not exceeding 35% can be formed at one time, otherwise, no matter how the shape, it should be no less than Two die forging.

Titanium alloy

The deformation resistance is large. Pay attention to the preparation, surface defect turning, grinding and peeling; single-mode boring, large radius of fillet, large forging die; serious mucosal phenomenon;
Preheat the mold, hammer or press 200-250, hydraulic press 350-400; pay attention to lubrication, heat insulation and reduce wear; cut edge in hot state, not less than 600; prevent cracks and local overheating.
